KGB Studios – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings at KGB Studios.
By booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment
•All bookings require a minimum deposit of 50% to secure the session.
•Remaining balances must be paid in full on or before the day of the session.
•Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
•Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit.
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit.
•Sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.
•After three cancellations or reschedules by the same client, future bookings may require full payment upfront and may be subject to an additional £20 admin fee.

3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
•If a client does not attend the booked session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
•Late arrivals will still be charged from the scheduled start time, not the arrival time.

4. Studio Use & Conduct
•Clients are responsible for their own behaviour and that of their guests while in the studio.
•Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by the client or their guests will be charged to the client.
•Food and drink are permitted in designated areas only.

5. Deliverables & Revisions
•All recording packages include one free revision (e.g., mix adjustment). Additional revisions will be charged at £10 each.
•Final files will be delivered once the balance is paid in full.•Clients retain 100% ownership of their recordings.

6. Liability
•KGB Studios is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.
•We are not liable for any data loss once files have been delivered to the client. Clients are encouraged to back up all recordings.

7. Refund Policy
•If a client is not satisfied with their first session, a money-back guarantee applies.
•Refunds will not be issued once final files are approved and delivered.

8. General Terms
•KGB Studios reserves the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
•These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time, and the latest version will always apply to new bookings.
